We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in an outpatient setting. You will work closely with individuals of all ages to address a variety of conditions, improve their mobility, and enhance their overall quality of life. Requirements: Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery and improve function Educate patients and their families about their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and continuing education opportunities.
