Responsibilities Performs a patient examination in a technical competent manner Offer cost-effective treatment that help improve clients motion and mobility Demonstrates competency in the knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to meet patients physical needs. Motivate patients during course of treatment to help them function optimally Complete and maintains accurate, complete and timely documentation reflecting the assessment, examination, diagnosis, prognosis and plan of care Skills: Proven work experience as a physical therapist Knowledge of Athena Health EHR Intensive education and clinical expertise Ability to manage patients with different types of personalities Currently knowledge of treatment practices Excellent interpersonal skills Required: Physical Therapy License 1-2 years of experience Pay and Benefits Pay: Full time, $45 per hour Signing Bonus: $1,000 Holidays: Paid holidays Vacation: 2 weeks vacation Performance bonus Paid Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescriptions Life Insurance: paid Sick Leave Family paid leave Facilities operates Neurology and Interventional Pain Management Monday -Thursday 9am-7pm, Friday 9am-6pm, Sunday 10am-4pm; different shifts and rotations.
