We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to improve their mobility, strength, and overall health. You will assess patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments to identify patients' needs and develop treatment plans to achieve their goals.- Implement a variety of physical therapy interventions, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities, to promote patients' recovery and rehabilitation.- Provide patient education to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent future injuries or illnesses.
