Cedar Park Med is hiring for Physical Therapist (PT) for immediate opening.13 weeks contract. Shift: 8:00am-4:30pmSetting: Outpatient orthoRequirements:* B.S. in Physical Therapy* NYS License or eligible* 2 years experience requiredDuties:* Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures;* Formulate specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and the patients* Prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information* Participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel* Train new staff members* Serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.*Benefits:** PTO* Vacation pay* Bonus pay* Health insurance* 401k*Why Join Us:* Join Cedar Park Med and experience a company that genuinely values your growth and success.
