**Position Overview:**
We are seeking 1-2 full-time Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team and have a strong desire to work in both orthopedic and pelvic health settings.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize evidence-based practices to facilitate recovery.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and overall health and wellness.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations and clinic policies.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid California Physical Therapy License (or pending PTLA status).
- Preferred experience in pelvic health therapy.
- 1-2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
