Physical Therapist, Springville NYPer Diem. 8:00AM - 5:00PM. Monday - Friday. You'll plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy treatment for patients (outpatient and acute) suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability, by performing the outlined duties in an ethical and honest manner and complying with regulatory, departmental and facility policy and procedures. Requires a Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy and current or pending NYS licensure as a Physical Therapist. Who We Are: Bertrand Chaffee Hospital, Jennie B.
