We are seeking a new Physical Therapist to join our team. Your role will be to evaluate patients and then create a recovery plan. Physical Therapist often focus on treatments that reduce the need for surgery and prescriptive drugs. A physical therapist uses a combination of exercise, stretches, hands-on techniques, and equipment to restore function or relieve pain.. As a member of the Rehab department, you will work with other Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistant and report to our Rehab Director. What You Will Do: Evaluate patients to assess general physical condition. Create treatment plans tailor fit to patients. Use exercises, and equipment to ease patients' pain, help them increase their mobility, prevent further pain or injury, and facilitate health and wellness. Maintain patient records and charts.
