Premier Genesee Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking an in-house Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT)

• Weekends, weekdays, and holidays available!
• Located at 278 Bank St, Batavia, NY 14020

We are a 160-bed facility in Batavia, NY, near all local hospitals. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
• Assure all treatment is delivered following an established plan of care
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
• Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
• Complete required forms and documentation following company policy and state/federal regulations
