Physical TherapistHealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with a leading physician group organization delivering exceptional PT care in Naples, FL.Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
- Average of 10 patients per day, approximately every 45 minutes. Appointments are one-on-one, don't utilize techs/ aides
- Establishes achievable, functional and measurable goals
- Provides instructions and education to patients, family members and care givers.
- Communicates effectively with physicians and other health care providers involved with the care of the patient.
- Documents initial evaluations, assessments, plans of care, daily encounters, progress reports and discharge summary in timely manner.
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
- Graduated from an approved physical therapy curriculum as required by the state which issued the license
- Required to hold a Physical Therapy license with the Florida Department of Health
- Strong communications skills both verbally and written
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:
- Prior outpatient experience as a physical therapist
- Value-based care experience
