Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

• Must have an active NY state license
• Must have an NPI
• Must have a worker's comp certificate
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Benefits of the Physical Therapist:

• The salary for this position is $115,000 - $125,000 / yr
• Days off

Schedule of the Physical Therapist:

• This is a Full-time position
• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Includes Outpatient PT, Comp/BF base.
• Mix of extremity, neck back injuries.
