We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and work in a supportive and collaborative environment.Responsibilities:- Perform thorough evaluations of patients' medical history, physical condition, and functional abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall function.- Provide hands-on manual therapy interventions as needed to address musculoskeletal impairments and promote healing.- Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and home exercise programs to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.- Document patient evaluations, progress, and treatment plans accurately and timely in compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements.- Maintain professional licensure and stay current with advancements in physical therapy practice through continuing education and professional development activities.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the advancement of clinical protocols and best practices within the department.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field required.- Current licensure from the North Carolina Board of Physical Therapy required.- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation principles.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.- Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting optimal outcomes.- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing patient needs.- Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation preferred.Benefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage- Retirement savings plan- Paid time off and holidays- Continuing education and professional development opportunities- Employee wellness programs
