Day-to-Day Life at Custom:As a valued member of our team, you'll:
- Provide personalized care to our community of recovering patients, empowering them to regain independence.
- Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies for ongoing care and improving daily life, including therapy, exercise, and treatments.
- Coordinate and administer medical treatments to enhance patient well-being, with a focus on improving overall health.
- Approach every duty with a deep sense of compassion and dedication.
What We Are Looking At:
- Hold a Valid Physical Therapy License (required)
- 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience
