About the job Physical Therapist need in Modesto, CA Location: 99-bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Modesto, CA Salary Range: $40 - $50 per hour Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- No weekend rotation
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate the needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Utilize various physical therapy techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, and improve function
- Educate patients and families on exercises and activities to improve recovery
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred but not required
