Full-Time Physical Therapist
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexible scheduling)
Compensation:
- Competitive salary starting at $78,000/year, flexible based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities Include:
- Provide physical therapy services as prescribed by consumer's physician for adults and adolescents with head injuries, spinal cord injuries, chronic pain, general orthopedic rehabilitation needs, and/or neurological behavioral issues as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Physical Therapy includes evaluations, recommendations for purchasing equipment in preparation for patient discharge, creating treatment plans, completing progress reports, and daily documentation. Coordinate external equipment as needed.
- Develop home exercise programs (restorative program) for long term patients, and train restorative aides.
- Perform physical therapy interventions with the following equipment: SoloStep, Rifton Walker, Lite Gait, Aquatic Therapy, Pressure Map System for Seating.
- Familiarity with all departmental equipment, and ability to implement equipment according to consumer goals/needs.
On-Call Physical Therapist
Schedule:
- On-call availability Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments.
- Improving strength, balance, endurance, coordination, joint range of motion, muscle flexibility, and movement patterns.
- Designing and instructing in execution of, home exercise programs to client and direct care staff.
- Prepare clinical treatment plans and progress notes for clients seen.
Job Requirements for Both Roles:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) preferred.
- 2+ years' experience with neurologically disabled or TBI populations preferred.
