Key Responsibilities: - Provide physical or occupational therapy services to elderly residents
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to enhance resident mobility, independence, and quality of life
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress
- Support residents and their families through education and compassionate care
Qualifications: - Valid Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility or with elderly patients is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
