Physical Therapist - Outpatient
: Job Details :

Organizes and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy programs for patients to restore function, etc.; plans therapy programs for each patient; directs and aids in implementing therapy programs; evaluates, records and reports patients' progress; assists in continual monitoring/assessing functions of Physical Therapy Department. Required to function on rotation system through inpatient, outpatient, Nursing Home, home health, rehab. patient areas and corrections (if necessary). Intermittently supervises physical therapy assistants, physical therapy aides, students, and volunteers.Minimum Salary: 37.65 Maximum Salary: 56.47 Salary Unit: Hourly
