We're seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to enhance our outstanding therapy team in Waverly, NY. Key Responsibilities: •Conduct skilled physical therapy treatments per physician orders •Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries •Collaborate with healthcare staff to optimize patient rehabilitation •Participate in Care Planning meetings and represent the PT Director when needed •Maintain accurate treatment records and manage supply requisitions •Contribute to training programs and knowledge sharing initiatives •Supervise Physical Therapy Aides in Director's absence Qualifications: •Degree from an accredited physical therapy program •Valid New York State Physical Therapy license •Two years of experience preferred (not required for new graduates) •Interest in developing treatment programs for geriatric, subacute, and adult populations •Strong leadership and motivational skills About Waverly, NY: Nestled in the Southern Tier region, Waverly offers a perfect blend of small-town charm and cultural richness.
