Tx:Team is looking for the right candidate who is a caring, committed and a professional Physical Therapist experienced in Pelvic Health for both men and women. Collaborative referral sources. Treat a variety of patient populations with Pelvic Health diagnoses.

The responsibilities:

  • Deliver quality outcomes driven physical therapy services
  • Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
  • Conduct patient and family education
  • Display strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication

The requirements:

  • Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
  • Minimum one (1) year pelvic health outpatient experience
  • Women's Health or Pelvic Health Clinical Specialist Certification (WCS/PHC) preferred but not required
  • Has experience with patient diagnoses include: Pelvic Floor, Incontinence, Pelvic Pain, Pre and Post-Partum Issues, Men's Health
  • Basic Life Support through the American Heart Association
  • Will display strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
  • Focuses on the patient and provides the best customer service experience
