Position Summary: Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs for patients to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability follow disease, injury, or loss of body part.

Current/Active Florida Physical Therapist License (PT)

American Red Cross OR American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR (BLS)
