Let us exceed your expectation.Job DescriptionSkilled Nursing FacilityBe part of a dedicated therapy TeamEasy access to local Regional Management Staff for supportA variety of PRN hours availableFlexible SchedulingQualificationsThe Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. The Physical Therapist will provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care.QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical TherapyCurrent state license/certificationCurrent registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification BoardPrefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitationExcellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health CareDemonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy disciplineKnowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirementsAdditional InformationA variety of PRN hours available.
