The Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing the need for, developing, and delivering physical therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation. Shift Available
Responsibilities:
- To provide quality physical therapy care within the PT scope of practice in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards
- To assist in the evaluation process and with identifying a target list, including short-term goals, long-term goals, and treatment plan
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist; BLS certification
