**Pay:** **$38 to $52 per hour**
+ Skilled nursing facility with an active long-term care community
+ Amazing activities department that fosters collaboration with therapy and patient engagement outside of their rooms
+ Boasting a rehab wing with 40 short-term beds
+ Large rehab gym including large scale gym equipment and ACP devices (including Omni VR system, electrical stimulation, diathermy and Omnicycle)
+ Opportunity to perform Home Health in the community
+ Resident focused treatment across whole continuum of care

**Qualifications:**
+ Current license as a **Physical Therapist** or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
