Responsibilities:
- Providing personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, and other personal care to residents
- Conduct physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain patient records, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and use therapeutic equipment to assist in-patient rehabilitation
- Educate residents on exercises and recovery strategies, assess and address physical problems.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy
- Must have an active Physical Therapist PT license
- Current BLS / CPR Certification
