Physical Therapist- Union County, NC (New Graduates are welcome to apply) Job Type: Full-time (Onsite) Shifts: Standard Schedule Job Summary: Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical limitations, functional status, and rehabilitation needs. Utilize various assessment tools and techniques to determine baseline measures and track progress over time. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, medical history, and patient goals. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, complying with all legal and ethical standards. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to establish realistic rehabilitation objectives.Qualification/ Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
- Must have a Physical Therapist license in NC or eligible.
- CPR Certification (preferred).
- Prior experience as Physical Therapist is strongly preferred.
