Qualifications:
Required:
HS diploma or GED
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
* Basic knowledge of anatomy and muscle movement terminology
Certifications and Licenses Required:
* BLS Certification from AHA
Scheduling Requirements:
* Day Shift
* Per Diem Schedule (Opportunities for picking up extra hours as available at any RWJ Somerset Sports Physical Therapy clinic locations -Flemington, Bridgewater, Princeton, Hillsborough)
Essential Functions:
* General housekeeping and infection prevention
* Maintaining treatment area and setting up equipment
* Retrieving equipment such as hot packs, cold packs, electrical equipment
* Assist in clerical needs of department such as answering phones and taking messages
* Assisting physical therapists with patient care such as assisting with patient transfers onto and off of treatment tables and equipment
