Lacey Post Acute & Rehabilitation offers around-the-clock skilled nursing in a residential setting. Qualifications:
* Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy Assistant, PTA
* Licensed in state of practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant, PTA; license in good standing.
* Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience highly preferred.
* Excellent customer service skills.
