  • Provide physician prescribed physical therapy.
  • Improve or minimize residual physical disabilities of the patient.
  • Return the individual to optimum and productive level within the patients capability.
  • Participate with all other home care personnel in patient care planning.

What were looking for:
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
  • Graduate with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate in physical therapy Assistant from a physical therapist curriculum approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education, American Physical Therapy Association, or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, or the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association and American Physical Therapy Association.
  • Currently licensed in the state in which practicing
  • One (1) year experience preferred in a home health setting
Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
  • Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required)
Job Type and Pay: PRN to Part-time
  • $25-35/hr
  • Up to 20 hours a week
