The Physical Therapist Assistant may also supervise and delegate appropriate functions to the Rehab Technician.Required Education:Associates degree as a Physical Therapist AssistantRequired Skills:Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills, basic knowledge and skills to care for the physical needs of the population servedPreferred Skills:Advanced skills/education in specialty areas of practiceRequired Licensure/Registration/Certification:Current Texas license as a Physical Therapist Assistant and BLSRequired Experience:Work/educational experience in the healthcare fieldPreferred Experience:One year experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant in a health care setting.
