Location: Keene,NH, USA
Under the clinical supervision of a Staff Physical Therapist, screen, evaluate, re-evaluate and treat patients referred by a licensed physician. Demonstrate knowledge of human growth and development in the treatment of patients ranging from pediatric to adult. Coordinate and communicate activities with health care team and the patient. Provide appropriate patient related documentation, including quality assessment. Associate's Degree with major in Physical Therapy. One year as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred, but not required. Current NH PTA license and BLS required. Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
