Job Summary and QualificationsA licensed Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for the delivery of patient care by following the treatment plan and communicating patient status changes as necessary. You are responsible for providing physical therapy to patients throughout their lifespan as well as age-specific direct care services to this population. In this role, you will participate in clinical programs and interdepartmental activities within the organization.
You will communicate and assist in resolving problems.
You will demonstrate effective resource utilization, which is critical to operational stability within the organization.
You will participate in all infection control, departmental equipment training, organizational safety and fire safety programs.

Lawnwood Hospital provides interventional and therapeutic care, including open-heart surgery.
