Job Description:Intercare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant for a vibrant and active senior living community, the facility is committed to providing exceptional rehabilitation services to its residents.Facility Details:
- Total Beds: 400
- Long-Term Care (LTC) Unit: 40 beds
- Assisted Living (AL): 100 beds
- Independent Living Facility (ILF): 250-275 beds
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in various units, including LTC, AL, and ILF.
- Collaborate with a full-time activity department staff to coordinate off-site trips and activities, often in conjunction with Rehab Services.
- Participate in special events, staff appreciation days, and activities as part of the team.
- Work closely with a cohesive leadership team and maintain strong relationships with TC Administration and the DOR/Rehab team.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and services to residents
