Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner - Clinical Program Manager (Non-Union) Age Friendly Health System Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Description: The Advanced Illness Program at Maimonides Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Under the direction of the Director of Business Intelligence and Value-Based Management, the AVP of Advance Practice Providers and Social Work Director, the Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Medical Center's Advanced Illness Management program (AIM) and Age Friendly Health System Projects. Requirements: Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program with current NYS licensure and registration. Certification: ANCC or AANP or AAPA. ACLS and BCLS certified. Preferred: Knowledge of palliative care. Palliative care certification. 1-2 years of Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner experience. Excellent interpersonal and English verbal/written communication skills. Must be dynamic, and have the ability to influence. Ability to problem-solve. Understanding of cost accounting concepts. Strong computer proficiency, especially with MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook). We offer competitive compensation ($134k - 160K).
