We're committed to pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and now we're looking for an experienced and passionate Physician Assistant to join our dynamic Metro Detroit team.Key Responsibilities:Patient Care Leadership: Perform thorough physical exams, review patient histories, and assess conditions to make accurate diagnoses and effective treatment decisions.Collaborative Care: Work alongside physicians to prescribe therapies and medications, coordinating treatment plans that address each patients unique needs.Diagnostic Precision: Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as x-rays, EKGs, and lab work to identify underlying issues.Holistic Health Guidance: Provide guidance on various aspects of patient care, including health regimens, preventive measures, growth and development, and family planning.Procedural Expertise: Perform vital procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations to ensure optimal recovery and wellness.Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of assistants and technicians, ensuring smooth and efficient care delivery.Qualifications:Experience: 2-5 years in Primary Care or Pediatrics (preferred, but not mandatory).Licensing: Valid Michigan PA licensure.Education: Masters degree in a relevant healthcare field.Skills: Strong clinical knowledge, a passion for learning, and an empathetic, patient-centered approach to care.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while maintaining a focus on delivering excellent patient outcomes.If you're driven by the opportunity to make a real impact and work in a collaborative, innovative environment, we want to hear from you!
