Position Overview - Physician Assistant:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering high-quality care, have a strong background in primary care or family medicine, and be comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Fluency in Spanish is mandatory, as many of our patients are Spanish-speaking. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Manage chronic diseases and conditions, offering patient education and preventive care.
• Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications.
• Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and health management.

Qualifications for both PA and NP:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in primary care or family medicine. (Required)
• Fluency in Spanish. (Preferred)
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to work independently. (Required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Required)
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. (Required)
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. (Required)

Physician Assitant additional requirements:

• Current Physician Assistant license in New York State. (Required)
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C). (Required)

Nurse Practitioner additional requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in New York State. (Required)
• Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). (Preferred)

Salary:

• Hourly Pay Range: $55–$75 per hour (based on experience).
• Non-exempt position.
