Job Description: ABOUT: We are a 25 bed, multi-specialty medical clinic and rehabilitation center located in beautiful, rural Craig, CO. We provide L4 ED care, inpatient care, diagnostic imaging, surgery, laboratory, special care unit, cardiopulmonary, oncology and chemotherapy services and more. SHIFT: 3 days of 12 hour shifts - Rapid Care Clinic - Guaranteed 36 hours per week, OT starts after 40, OT rate is ***x CERTS: BLS, DEA, CO License required EMR: Epic Housing: housing leads uploaded into our *** account under 'facility group documents' JOB DESCRIPTION: Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with a minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care, urgent care or emergency department.
