Job Description:
- Work Dates: Dec 16-Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Center
- Scope of Work: IM/ FP, mix of peds and adults, 18 PPD, 2 MAs & 1 RN support staff
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, BLS, DEA, all current vaccines (covid vaccine is not required)
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 30-90 days
