Job Description:
- Work Dates Needed: 1/6/2025-4/30/2025
- Preferred Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8a-5p (60). 32-40 hours per week. No call, weekends or holidays
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient Clinic setting - Family Medicine services with occupation health services, 5-10 patients per day
- Scope of Work: ages 2+, 30 min appointments, no double-booking, nurse assistance on site,
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC, KY license, BLS and DEA. Must have experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or emergency room setting. At least 3 years of post residency clinical experience
- EMR: EPIC experience preferred - paper charting
- Pay Rate Preferred: $105-$120 per hour
