Position Summary:
Provide sub-specialty care to outpatients with chronic infectious disease conditions. The program is co-located in a Ryan White HIV clinic. The clinic serves a large panel of active tuberculosis patients, along with other outpatient chronic infections (no OPAT), and concurrently provides services in HIV treatment and prevention, sexual health and gender-affirming care. Collaborate with other ID sub-specialists and HIV primary care providers in a team-based care model with excellent support staff providing patient-centered care to a diverse patient population.
