We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Advanced Practice Provider to join our team in Berlin, NH. The Patient population ranges from pediatric through geriatric, with a high elderly population. Expected patient load is 18-24 patients per day.Berlin, NH, offers a blend of natural beauty, rich history, and community spirit, making it a unique and welcoming place to live, work, and explore in the heart of the White Mountains. Work schedule consists of 36 patient hours with 4 hours of administrative time; no call required. Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Master's degree
- Special Examinations/Certificates: Board Certified
- Years of Work Experience: 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care
