We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our team in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will be a licensed physician who will split their time between patient care and team development. Compensation: $275,000 and benefits package. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Duties: Provide high-quality patient care for 3 days a week in Upper Manhattan. Team Development: Spend 2 days a week visiting sites to mentor and develop clinical staff. Leadership: Oversee medical operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Collaboration: Work closely with administrative and medical staff to improve patient care and clinic operations. Training: Develop and implement training programs for medical staff to enhance clinical skills and patient care. Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to ensure the highest standards of care. Requirements: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related field. Valid New York medical license. Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to mentoring and developing medical staff.
