  • Compensation:- $183,646 - $244,757 Dependent on Experience-Productivity and Quality Metric Bonus Available- Provider Tenure Step Increase 3% After the First Year of Service- 3% COLA offered each year in July

  • Additional Info:- Santa Cruz Community Health will be partnering with Morehouse School of Medicine in July of 2024. This will be an opportunity for an MD/DO to participate in teaching in the residency program. This program will be offered at the Live Oak location only.- 20% of time will be admin work which can be done remotely- Treat a racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, gender, and international diversity- Mission minded- Provide comprehensive family medicineservices, including preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health services, mental health, and substance use treatment, in-office procedures, and urgent care services.QUALIFICATIONS:- CA license ( must already have if new grad)- Active DEA license- Opportunity to teach new residents available
