- Sign-On Bonus: $100000
- Compensation: Base range is $230,000 to $290,000 for FT (40 hours) plus signing/commitment bonus of $35,000

- Additional Info: Winters Healthcare is currently seeking a Medical Director to provide clinical and administrative work within our FQHC. (10-20% clinical work, the remaining administrative)Experience in clinical leadership within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Community Health Center (CHC), with a proven track record of leading teams and monitoring quality improvement outcomes. Experience with medical director administrative functions is a plus!Comprehensive knowledge of medical practices and standards, particularly in community health settings.A Master of Public Health (MPH) is highly desirable.Ability to assess and improve quality in patient care, developing innovative work methods and procedures.A passion for mentoring and supporting clinicians, with the ability to analyze data to address care gaps.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.
