**Job Title:** Physician**Job Specialty:** Hematology Oncology**Job Duration:** N/A**Shift:** Days, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Call schedule: Weekdays 5:00 pm - 7:00 am**Guaranteed Hours:** N/A**Experience:** N/A**License:** Illinois (or willing to obtain)**Certifications:** Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology**Must-Have:** COVID-vaccinated**Job Description:**- Join a hematology/oncology practice as a permanent provider.- Position opened due to the resignation of a hematology oncologist.- Practice composition: 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology.- Currently, one remaining physician in practice.- Outpatient community cancer center setting.- Adults-only patient population.- No on-site radiation oncology, but collaboration exists with a radiation oncology team nearby.- No advanced practice providers in practice.- Use of EPIC for documentation and electronic medical records.- Estimated credentialing timeframe is three months.- Open to H1B candidates.- Average number of patients per day in an outpatient clinic: 75.- Average number of patients per day for hospital call/rounding: 2.**Compensation and Benefits:**- Competitive compensation following industry guidelines, commensurate with experience and qualifications.- Benefits include accident and critical illness insurance, dental insurance, employee assistance program, flexible spending accounts, health insurance, health savings account, leave of absence and disability insurance, life insurance, long-term care insurance, retirement 403(b) plan, tuition benefit, vision insurance, and wellness program.- The position does not cover costs for credentialing fees.- Requires acknowledgment that the candidate has not applied directly to this position to be eligible.
