We are looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Optometrist to join our non-private equity optometry group in one of our many locations throughout Alabama. One in a growing college town has the earning potential to get upwards of $200K, and the other is in a great location, driving distance to Pensacola Beach Practice Setting Fully comprehensive, private practice outpatient clinic Support staff includes 2 front desk staff, 3 screeners, 1 scribe, and 1 optician Clinic utilizes advanced technology for comprehensive exams including Optos retinal imaging, OCTs, IOPs, corneal topographers, and applanation tonometers Schedule 5-day workweek, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Average of 20-30 patients per day initially, with the opportunity to grow Compensation & Benefits Starting salary is based on experience for a 2-year contract, with earning potential up to $200,000 $25,000 sign-on bonus, up to $10,000 in relocation assistance, and educational stipends for residents 25 days of PTO, annual CME allowance, and 401k with employer matching Comprehensive health insurance coverage including health, dental, vision, and LTD JN -092###-####5
