JOB SUMMARYThe physician provides obstetric and gynecological care in both an outpatient and inpatient setting. Will follow and direct evidenced based practices as established within the Women's Health service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation:•Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
Experience/Physical Requirements:
- Successful completion of an OB/GYN residency program. Experience in group practice and/or hospital and clinic setting preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Current unrestricted West Virginia licensure. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to Women's Health services.
