Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full time Child Psychiatrist in Lynchburg, VA. Requirements:Specialty: Psychiatry Education: MD or DOLicense: VirginiaCertification: Board Certified Years of Experience: 2 years of experience providing psychiatric care. Facility Details: Dates/Schedule needed: Behavioral Health offers services in the City of Lynchburg and the surrounding counties of Amherst, Appomattox, Bedford and Campbell.Our hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, but a 4x10 schedule is possible. Many of our providers work 2 days in the office and 3 days remote (or half and half in the case of a 4x10 schedule).Every provider gets one hour of administrative time dailyAll of Horizons wellness centers are approved sites with the NHSC.Our providers see approximately 8-10 patients per day.There is no on-call requirement.The position is mostly assessment/evaluation and medication management.Each practitioner has a dedicated RN.There is no detox unit; outpatient opioid treatment is availableOur EMR is CredibleOpen to out of state and willing to get licensed in VA.Patient Base is under 18.Strictly outpatient 37.5 hours per week.No remote.
