Picker/Packer - All Shifts The Job Center is now hiring Packers in Shively/Riverport for various shifts! Compensation of Picker/Packer:
- $15.00-$15.75 per hour
- Temp to hire
- Eligible for PTO
- Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision
Schedule of Packer:
- 1st Shift 7am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- 2nd Shift 3pm-11:30pm (Monday-Friday)
- 3rd Shift 11pm - 7:30am (Sunday-Thursday)
- Overtime when needed
Responsibilities of Packer:
- Responsible for warehouse functions to include unloading and unpacking shipments, inbound processing, scanning and shelving of parts, pulling orders, and data entry into computerized inventory control system and inventory control.
- Does not operate power equipment. May utilize barcode scanning equipment.
- Understanding how to read shipping labels, associates will be packing merchandise into boxes, entering weights and dimensions, properly placing shipping labels
- Must be willing to be crossed trained
Requirements of Packer:
- Must be able to Read/Understand English
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must complete a background check and drug screening.
