To support our new fulfillment function in Orem, Utah, we're hiring two reliable and attentive full-time Picking Specialists to join our new fulfillment team and be the point of contact for all retail orders. If you're someone with an eye for detail, a commitment to safety and a passion for efficiency, we want you!The starting wage for this position is $17.50/hour.Core Responsibilities Accurately pick retail orders printed prior to the shift.Stage retail orders for shipping specialists to send out to customers.Assist in stocking the pick-face (flow racking), when needed.Break down boxes and keep work area clean during the picking operation and after restocking the pick face.Create and maintain a safe environment at all times for yourself and others.Perform other tasks, as needed.Job Requirements At least 18 years old.Available Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.Able to read, speak and understand English.Able to stand for 8+ hours at a time.Ability to bend, reach and push packages weighing up to 30 pounds.Willing to work in warehouse conditions (hot, cold and dusty at times).Strong attention to detail.Able to follow instructions carefully and accurately.Able to adapt to change on the fly.Previous picking experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting preferred.Prior work in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfillment center is a plus.Experience with ShipStation software is a plus.Who You Are You can be relied on for consistent attendance and punctuality.You live in or near Utah County and are willing and able to work 8+ hour shifts in our Orem warehouse.You value diverse individuals from all backgrounds and communities.People enjoy working with/around you and are inspired by your integrity and work ethic.You have a positive, growth-oriented mindset.Safety and efficiency are paramount to you, ensuring all tasks are executed accurately and to the best of your ability.What You'll Get In Return A chance to work in a fun, positive and rapidly growing business.Opportunities to grow and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.The opportunity to apply your creativity in your work.Helpful feedback that will enable you to grow in your role and beyond.Medical and dental insurance options for you and/or your dependents.An employee discount on all Just Ingredients products.Reimbursement for a monthly gym membership.Every one of our customers and affiliates is made up of a unique list of ingredients that makes them special, and so are you.
