• 24-bed Pediatric cardiac ICU and 12-bed overflow unit.
• Congenital heart disease/defects, post-surgical repair, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, VAD.
• Age range: neonatal through young adult; occasional adult CHD patients

• MonitoringMonitoring patients' vital signs, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen levels, and temperature
• Administering medicationAdministering medications through IVs, feeding tubes, and other routes
• Changing dressingsChanging dressings, checking drainage tubes, and monitoring catheters and lines
• Providing updatesInteracting with families to provide updates on their patients' condition and seek medical decisions

26459675EXPPLATJob Requirements

• 2 Years of Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience is required.
• TX or Compact RN License.
• BLS AHA, ACLS AHA, PALS
