P2434 - Pie Maintenance Purchasing ResourcePie Maintenance Purchasing Resource Salary Range: $24.10/hour Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Description: The Maintenance Purchasing Resource will provide inventory and part counts for each facility. The position will also assist with disbursement of parts and inventory to the plant and Maintenance Department. The key to the success of this position and to Bama is good communication, both written and oral. The expectations of this position will be to function within a framework of E.Q. within the department and throughout other department interactions. Duties: ••Perform the essential functions and physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation •Regularly attend work on time and for the entire shift at the office or plant where you are scheduled •Complete job tasks and responsibilities as directed or required •Utilize critical thinking and problem solving skills including the ability to: 1) raise vital questions and problems and formulate them clearly and precisely; 2) gather and assess data and information and use abstract ideas to interpret it effectively, 3) come to well-reasoned conclusions and solutions, testing them against relevant criteria and standards; 4) think open-mindedly about alternatives while recognizing and assessing their inherent assumptions, implications, and practical consequences; and 5) communicate effectively with others in figuring out solutions to complex problems •Provide written and oral communication to effectively communicate with all work groups MinimumQualifications: •Technical or Associates degree and/or applicable knowledge/experience •Proven experience in the purchasing field •Project management and execution skill set with data analysis •Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Maintenance Management Systems •Experience and/or training in computer controlled manufacturing process system •High School diploma or GED •Valid food handler's card from Tulsa Health Department •Valid Oklahoma drivers license and clean driving record •Forklift Certified •Proven safety record in past work history *** Bama is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce ***
